Here’s a question that I feel is very important to ask yourself as both a guitar player and musician…
“Can you play a 3 chord blues progression without getting lost?”
If the answer is no, then it’s time to circle back and learn how to do that. It’s absolutely essential in so many ways!
It is the corner stone of music as we know it in this country and any style you want to play will feel and sound better with some basic blues vocabulary!
