Hi, guys! Today, I made soy sauce marinated shrimps, using giant jumbo shrimp 🦐 I bought fresh jumbo shrimps in season and marinated them with spicy soy sauce! I also prepared soybean paste stew with crab & sunny-side-up eggs! Those jumbo shrimps were really giant, weren't they? They were as big as king tiger shrimps! It was my first time to marinate jumbo shrimps! I'm not sure, but they were much chewier than normal shrimps for me! They were sweet and savory enough to make me happy.. Since I added lots of spicy chili pepper into the soy sauce, and placed spicy chili pepper toppings onto those shrimp before I ate, the dish was spicy and salty as well as sweet! 😲 Even the sweet and savory soybean paste stew with zucchini and homemade tofu was perfect.. It's easier to make marinated shrimp than you think! You can also make it at home, using jumbo shrimps which are in season now!!!!!!!! Thank you for watching my video today :)
