Hello Lovelies.. *Warning if you are easily triggered by self harm & suicide you may want to avoid this one.* This was quite difficult one for me to film, as both self harm & suicide are triggers for me however i wanted to create awareness on the matter & to help anyone out there that is suffering. I briefly mention a bit about myself where it felt right to mention it. One day i may go deeper into everything that i have experienced including all my past & long life diagnosis's but for now i left it as this. To be honest if i spoke more about it, it would have taken away the purpose of the video.
