Turns out, all the basic advice we were given our whole lives actually DOES add up and help our health immensely over time pog I didn't do anything crazy to improve my skin. No super expensive treatments, no super expensive devices needed. I did try acne medication in highschool, but that dried out my skin and made everything hurt. I have heard great things about acne medicine's long term benefits so definitely ask your dermatologist if they recommend that for you! I just stayed consistent with my skincare routine, used good products, and improved my inner wellbeing through practices like meditation, mindfulness, healthy boundaries, journaling, walks in nature and exercise, strengthening relationships, enjoying life, getting rest... wow i am a degenerate gamer who turned ...
