People use ASMR for different reasons, but I try to make every video one that you can fall asleep to. I tend to make a mix of fast and slow asmr with a variety of sounds and triggers in every video keeping it unpredictable, but intentional. This is what helps me relax and sleep most and hopefully it helps you as well.
