How to install this game on android 14 and how to bypass "app not installed"?
Simple, using adb method you need shizuku and "install with options" app in order to install an old game

So far this is the only possible ways to install old android games in your android 14+ phones and that's how I able to install it on Samsung S22 Ultra
Notable issues:-
Nitro button - Due to no fps cap, the nitro button is practically broken. Instead of using tilt control, use touch and do steer left + click button which is the only possible way to trigger the nitro. At this I can't promise to fix this.
Broken menu UI - since this game was designed for 5:3 screen ratio phones like Samsung s1, the game caused to split some UI screens for 16:9 screen ratio (aka widescreen phones). But as for loading screen and nitro bar UI it is due to upscale modification. However I can't promise to fix this such issues as well
Broken touchscreen for 5:3 ratio screen (aka non-widescreen phones) - For android phones with 5:3 ratio may have issues with touchscreen due to modification for widescreen phones. For those who have this such issues then lemme and I'll fix it ASAP.
