Marinate Prawn & Scallops 腌带子虾:
6 Prawns 6只 虾
100g Scallops 100克 带子
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
1 teaspoon HuaDiao wine 1茶匙 花雕酒

400g Broccoli 400克 西兰花
¼ Carrot ¼条 萝卜
2 Garlic, sliced 2粒 蒜头, 切片
3 slices Ginger 3片 姜
Seasonings调味料 :
1 tablespoon HuaDiao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Sesame oil 1茶匙 麻油
¼ teaspoon Salt ¼茶匙 盐
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce 1茶匙 酱青
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉

2 Chicken drumsticks, pieces 2个 鸡腿, 切块
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐

1 tablespoon Ginger juice 1汤匙 姜汁
1 Egg 1粒 鸡蛋
2 tablespoon Tapioca flour 2汤匙 木薯粉
2 tablespoon Rice flour 2汤匙 粘米粉
1 teaspoon Custard powder (Optional) 1茶匙 蛋黄粉 (自选)

50ml Water 50毫升 热水
1 tablespoon Honey 1汤匙 蜜糖
1 tablespoon Sugar 1汤匙 糖
2 tablespoon Chilli sauce 2汤匙 辣椒酱
