1 Fish head 1粒 鱼头
200g Cabbage 200克 包菜
100g Long beans 100克 长豆
100g Bringjal 100克 茄子
1 Red big onion 1粒 大洋葱
1 Tomato 1粒 番茄
200ml Coconut cream 200毫升 椰浆
4 tablespoon Chilli paste 4汤匙 自制辣椒酱
50g Assam 50克 亚参
1 teaspoon salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon sugar ½茶匙 糖
1 tablespoon Light soy sauce 1汤匙 酱青
Chilli Paste 自制辣椒酱:
20g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 20克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
80g red onion 180克 小洋葱
40g garlic 40克 蒜头
13g Turmeric 13克 黄姜
8g Galangal 8克 蓝姜
8g Balacan 8克 答拉煎
13g Candle nuts 13克 答角六
1 teaspoon salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon sugar ½茶匙 糖
