In this video I reassemble the Sachs Torpedo hub that I took apart a while ago. These things are definitely not as easy to work with then a Sturmey Archer 3 speed. The springs and a stupid cap on top of the small spring make things rather frustrating. I though I could be smart by using a Sram T3 cone that integrates the little cap with the cone. But that caused some confusion, about the fit of it all. In the end I used all the original parts and got it back together. And after truing up the wheel I can now finally install this 3 speed in to my Valuas bicycle.
