糖粉 50克
盐 1克
香草精华 5克
蛋白 (室温) 35克
低筋面粉 115克
玉米淀粉 15克
抹茶粉8克
白巧克力 55克
少许糖珠
少许蔓越莓干
☘️**预热烤箱至160C/320F
**160C/320F烤制16分钟
☘️原味和巧克力味(圣诞压模曲奇)
无盐黄油(软化) 100克
糖粉 50克
香草精华 5克
鸡蛋液 (室温) 40克
低筋面粉(原味面团) 100克
低筋面粉(巧克力味面团)90克
可可粉 8克
☘️**预热烤箱至170C/340F
**170C/340F烤制20分钟

Unsalted Butter(softened) 100g
Icing sugar 50g
Salt 1g
Vanilla extract 5g
Egg white (Room temp) 35g
Cake flour 115g
Corn flour 15g
Matcha powder 8g
White chocolate 55g
Xmas sprinkler
Dried cranberries
☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 160C/320F
** Bake at 160C/320F for 16 minutes
☘️Vanilla & Chocolate flavour (embossed pattern)
Unsalted Butter(softened) 100g
Icing sugar 50g
Vanilla extract 5g
Egg (Room temp) 40g
Cake flour (Vanilla-flavour dough) 100g
Cake flour (Chocoate-flavour dough) 90g
Cocoa powder 8g
☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 170C/340F
** Bake at 170C/340F for 20 minutes
