Video Not Working? Fix It Now

Hi Team! Today we're talking about one of the kings of martial arts. You guessed it, "Footwork, Footwork, Footwork!" It doesn't matter how awesome your kick is if you can't track your opponent and hit them, your kick becomes useless. There are many different forms of drills out there that can help you develop your footwork. What we talk about today is some basic Asterisk Footwork Drills that don't take much space which allows you to pretty much do them anywhere and everywhere. But remember, you are responsible for you, so make sure you practice safely and make sure you're not going to run into anyone or anything. Using the Asterisk we did the following drills in this video: 1) Step on the Angles: 1:05 2) Track your Opponent: 2:19 3) Move In and Cut a (Shallow) Angle: 4:07 4) Move In and Cut a (Deep) Angle: 5:23 5) Punching with the Angles: 6:45 6)Track and Kick: 9:00 7) Kick and Cut: 11:35 Everything we covered in todays video comes from our soon to launch online academy where we go into much greater detail. You'll be able to find our new online academy once it launches at TXChosTKD.com I hope you enjoy and i hope you learned at least one thing you can use in your own training.
