On December 9th, 2024, 34-year-old Atul Subhash was found dead in his Bengaluru apartment, leaving behind a chilling message – "Justice is Due." His 1.5-hour-long video and 24-page note detail years of alleged harassment, false legal cases, and mental anguish inflicted by his wife, Nikita Singhania, and her family. Atul's death has sparked nationwide outrage, exposing the darker side of India’s legal system, where men facing domestic disputes often find themselves caught in lengthy, biased legal battles. But, this story has another version - Nikita's which includes counterclaims of abuse. Now, we aren't here to give any verdict. However, one question remains, 'why did Atul take this drastic step?' Is our justice system fair to everyone? Is this a personal tragedy or part of a larger systemic failure? Let's find out in this video.
