Audi A6 no start/no navigation/no run/ MMI NOT WORKING how to fix ,Q7’s same problem

If you have an Audi a 62005 2006 2007 2008 2009 you may be experiencing this problem this information is also the same for the Audi Q7 2006 2007 2008 2009 some of the removal procedure for the actual steering column is a little bit different on the Q7 but the information and the problem is the same I spend a lot of time in this video rambling but I think most of it was pretty important information so please if you will watch the whole video or at least turn the volume down and let the video play I hope you were more informed today than you were yesterday have a great day and God bless!!!
