Audience expectations for presentations are important to consider when creating business presentations. Good communication skills are crucial to succeed in business. In this video, I discuss what you need to do to adjust your message and your business presentation to your audience. I talk about the implicit and explicit audience expectations in the business world. From board room meetings to team alignment meetings, audience expectations will differ. Make sure the audience expectations for your presentations were duly considered. If you follow these tips, you will improve your communication skills, for presentations and beyond.
