Ingredients and Measurements:
To fry the hassa:
1/2 cup oil
20 medium hassa
To make the curry:
fried hassa
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. masala
1 tsp. ground geera
2 tsp. all purpose seasoning
1 head of garlic crushed
8-10 wiri wiri peppers (some whole and some crushed)
1 onion sliced
3 scallions sliced
8-10 cherry tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp. tomato paste
3 tbsp. fresh green seasoning
1 can of pigeon peas in coconut milk
(extra coconut milk if needed)
water to cook
salt to taste
