Here are the ingredients you’ll need: - 450 grams, or about 1 pound, of fresh ground pork - 35 grams of glass noodles — they’re made from mung beans too, and when cooked, they’re totally transparent. That’s why they're also called 'crystal noodles'! - 200 grams of fresh or previously frozen shrimps - 5 stalks of green onions (or some people called them spring onions) - 1 cup of split mung beans (usually it comes in a prepackaged sealed bag) - 450 grams of taro roots (about 3 roots) - 2 carrots, about 200 grams in total - 1 and a half tablespoons of chicken powder (seasoning mix) - 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce - 2 packs of spring roll pastry (400g each — enough to make about 90 rolls!) - 1 egg (only the egg white) - And about 1 liter of vegetable oil for frying. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
