Ingredients (सामग्री) :
For Fresh Masala (फ्रेश मसाला के लिए):
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds (धनिया के बीज)
2 tsp Jeera (जीरा)
8-10 Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
2-3 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
3-4 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
For Dough (आटे के लिए):
1 Cup Jowar Atta (ज्वार का आटा)
1/2 Cup Bajra Atta (बाजरे का आटा)
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
1/2 Cup Besan (बेसन)
1/4 Cup Rice Flour (चावल का आटा)
1/4 Cup Poha, Rinsed & Soaked (पोहा, धुला और भिगोया हुआ)
1/2 tsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
1/2 tsp Ajwain (अजवाइन)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds (सफेद तिल)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion (बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज)
Pinch Hing (हींग)
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Green Garlic (हरा लहसुन, वैकल्पिक)
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander (ताजा धनिया)
Salt to Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Oil and Ghee as Required (आवश्यकतानुसार तेल और घी)
For Red Chilli Thecha (लाल मिर्च का ठेचा):
1 tbsp Oil (तेल)
6-7 Garlic Cloves (लहसुन की कलियां)
1 tbsp Peanuts (मूंगफली)
2 Tomatoes (टमाटर)
5 to 6 whole Red chilli (साबुत लाल मिर्च)
1/2 tsp Jeera (जीरा)
1 tsp Roasted Sesame Seeds (भुना हुआ तिल)
Salt to Taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
For Serving (परोसने के लिए):
Thalipeeth (थालीपीठ)
White Butter (सफेद मक्खन)
Red Chilli Thecha (लाल मिर्च का ठेचा)
Coconut Chutney (नारियल चटनी)
Masala Dahi (मसाला दही)
