Time for a grimdark serial killer song! Fortunately the Fallout universe is full of dark and horrific storylines and characters, so inspiration was not lacking for this one. The song is based on Pickman (no spoilers here for anyone who hasn't found him yet) and tells a tale of a tortured soul who takes the role of the grim reaper of the wasteland.
