Our eating has shifted quite a bit in the last few weeks due to my pregnancy. However, I am not recommending this way of eating to any pregnant mother (aside from getting in all that good protein, fiber and minerals :). Eating this way, I don't struggle with headaches, nausea, or dizziness, and instead I actually feel more energy and my fatigue is gone! Baby is growing on schedule with healthy heartbeat and anatomy scan! Praise God! By eating fewer times throughout the day I am NOT eating fewer calories over a 24-hour period, but I am making every bite count when it comes to nutrition, and I am back on track with being at a stable weight that I experienced with my other four babies.
We hope you enjoy seeing this day of eating with a few variations thrown in and that it encourages you to make satiating, energizing meals. I LOVE food, and it is always a rewarding journey making meals that are an intentional combination of satiating, nutritious, and serving our health goals.

**Update** Yes, I get regular bloodwork and everything is healthy. :) I also check my blood sugar and it is stable. I am not dieting while pregnant, just staying away from simple sugars that spike my insulin, and not eating every hour of the day.
P.S. I forgot to show that I always take Cal-Mag and Magnesium before bed so I don't get leg cramps.
