Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Liver-1/2 kg
For grinding
green chilli-8
Garlic-6cloves
Ginger-medium
Pepper Powder-1tsp plus 1/4 tsp
Chili Powder-1tsp
Coriander Powder-1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4tsp
Garam masala-1/2 plus 1/4
Fennel Powdered-1/4 plus two pinch
Salt
Water -
Curry leaves -4
Curry leaves-plenty of
Oil-4tbsp
Water-1/2 glass
Shallots -15
Method
Wash the liver thoroughly, cut into small pieces and keep aside .
Then grind everything under the grinding section to fine paste.
Then in kadai mix everything together along with liver ,coconut oil and shallots .
Close the pan and cook until done ,by stirring occasionally.
When done add coconut oil and curryleaves ,roast well ..
Then add pepper, fennel and garam masala powder and mix well..
Finally add curryleaves and mix ..
So the tasty liver fry is ready to serve
