Today we will have the continuation of the Bodó fishing with Moisés “priest” and our Barrinha, great fishermen.
After a crossing of approximately 40min, we arrive back at the riverside community, São Francisco da Mangueira, and there we will follow the "treating" fish with Dona Ramilda and a delicious afternoon coffee with my esteemed Maria "Chuíca" Manoel's wife (Manoel who harpooned the pirarucu) and to close the day a round of “paturi” game with the beautiful riverside girls, Rayla, Raisa, Samira and Mari.
Back to this paradise called Amazônia where I had the privilege of experiencing the traditions and customs of the local communities. My first stop is here in the community of our Barrinha, I should stay here for about 2 months, showing my daily life with this great and wonderful family called São Francisco da Mangueira. Wait, there's a lot of cool stuff coming from the daily life of the riverside people, where their main livelihood activity is fishing, the long-awaited time of managing pirarucu, harpoon fishing, wild animals of this wonderful forest, with all its beauties, rivers, igarapé and igapó.
