How I got over the fear of turning backwards for backflips "whips" and backhandsprings.... I know I don't jump strait up, and I know there are better ways in others opinions... but this is just how I DID IT! maybe it can help in some way!
breakdown:
1:05 - finding a place that works for you

4:45 - my rigged technique to get used to going backwards
