The movie stars Ranveer Singh (Gully Boy & Padmaavat), Deepika Padukone (Chhapaak & Piku), and Priyanka Chopra Jonas (The Sky Is Pink & Baywatch) in the lead roles, with Tanvi Azmi (Thappad & Tribhanga), Mahesh Manjrekar (Kaagaz & Antim), and Milind Soman (Four More Shots Please & Paurashpur) in supporting roles. The movie is directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the mastermind behind movies like Devdas & Ram-Leela.
