About Pizza
Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often various other ingredients (such as anchovies, mushrooms, onions, olives, vegetables, meat, ham, etc.), which is then baked at a high temperature, traditionally in a wood-fired oven. A small pizza is sometimes called a pizzetta. A person who makes pizza is known as a pizzaiolo. We can use jowar, bajra, almond, and other similar ingredients as flour for the Pizza Base to make it healthful and more balanced.
Pizza served in a restaurant is presented unsliced, and is eaten with the use of a knife and fork. In casual settings, however, it is cut into wedges to be eaten while held in the hand.
About Bajra Pizza
India is the largest producer of pearl millet also known as Bajra. India began growing pearl millet between 1500 and 1100 BCE. It is currently unknown how it made its way to India. Rajasthan is the highest-producing state in India. Bajra Pizza is a healthy alternative to the regular pizza & when loaded with tasty toppings, it becomes absolutely yummy! |
