Bread recipe for 13x4x4 Pullman Pan
1 3/4 cups of warm milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons of dry instant yeast
2 eggs
4 cups if all purpose flour
3 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of softened butter
Mix milk, sugar, and yeast. Add eggs. Add flour and salt. Mix in stand mixer until completely combined . Add softened butter a tablespoonat a time. Kneed in stand mixer for ten minutes. Remove dough and roll into a ball. Put into a greased bowland cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled in size. When doubled, punch down and pour out on a lightly floured surface. Press out into a rectangular shape and roll tightly and press seams and tucks ends to fit Pullman Pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise to two inches of the top of the pan. Ater dough rises to two inches of the too of the pan, remove the plastic and add the pullman pand lid on the pan and leave a small gap to observe the dough. Close lid and bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for forty five minutes. Remove from oven and cooll for 10 minutes . Remove lid and pou braed onto a cooling rack. Cool for one hour. Brush melted butter over loaf

I/ cup of jalapeño peppers
3 garlic cloves(minced)
3 lbs of ground beef
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1/2 cups of hot water
2 teaspoons of salt
4 tablespoons of chili powder
2 teaspoons of cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of mlnced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 1/2 cuos of hop water
