Here's the recipe for samsa with minced meat and potatoes:

Ingredients:

• Onion — 2 pcs.

• Potatoes — 3 pcs.

• Minced meat — 500 g

• Pepper — to taste

• Salt — to taste

• Butter — 50 g (for the filling)

• Puff pastry — 500 g

• Egg yolk — 1 pc. (for brushing)

▎Preparation:

1. Preparing the filling:

• Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl.

• Peel and dice the potatoes.

• In a deep bowl, mix the onion, minced meat, potatoes, and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. If desired, you can add a little butter for a richer flavor.

2. Preparing the dough:

• Roll out the puff pastry on a working surface to a thickness of about 3 mm.

• Cut the dough into squares or circles (depending on the desired shape of the samsa).

3. Forming the samsa:

• Place about 1-2 tablespoons of filling on each piece of dough.

• Fold the dough in half and press the edges tightly to prevent the filling from leaking.

4. Baking:

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

• Place the samsa on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

• Brush the tops of the samsa with egg yolk for a golden crust.

• Bake the samsa in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

5. Serving:

• The finished samsa can be served hot or warm. They pair perfectly with sour cream or your choice of sauce.
