.1kg beef skin
.5 cloves garlic mince
.2 tbsp mince ginger
.2 mediun size onion slice
.1 beef bouillon cube
.3 stalk lemon grass(tanglad)
.1 bell pepper sliced
.420gr pork & beans in tin
.1 packet sibot 30gr
anatto seed dilute in 1 cup of hot water
salt and pepper to taste
