Final stamp! What a way to end it.
In-game stamp description:
Balloonatic: Pop every white balloon at all times of day. Once popped, white balloons will be a different color the next time you play. Balloons on planes or vehicles and small balloons released from larger ones don't count for this stamp.
Strategy:
For the most part, the balloons are right next to i-points. So what I do is use a map to head to a landmark, do my best to clear any balloons on it, then mark that i-point off the map. This is to have a general idea of what areas have been cleared out. You don't want to do it blind and then end up with one single balloon that could be anywhere (although that still happened to me),

100 Stamps project is complete! I used to think this was one of the hardest challenges in gaming, but it's really not that bad. The only truly hard stamps are Frisbee Dog's perfect game stamp, Golf's -18 stamp, and Canoeing's red tape stamp. But it's really just the Golf one, because the other two can be cheesed.
I really wish they would have included a special congratulatory message for getting all 100. You don't get anything at all!
