Barbie and Chelsea are bored at the Barbie Dream House pool. It is hot but the water in the pool is too cold. Suddenly, Ken shows up with blindfolds for Barbie and Chelsea and takes them to see his new summer surprise for Barbie. The big summer surprise is a big comfy boat with convertible roof and water tube and see thru bottom so they can watch the see life while boating. Barbie is so happy! She loves the surprise! even more she loves when Ken tells Barbie and Barbie's sister to pack their suitcases because he booked a great boat vacation on a beach. Everybody is excited to go boating water tubing with Ken.
