In this Basecamp adventure, we travelled to the northern part of the Lake District National Park pitching up at the foot of Blencathra Mountain near Keswick on a working farm called Setmabanning. We explored the beautiful scenery around Borrowdale and Derwent Water (Keswick Lake), discovering the mighty Bower Stone, which is the UK's largest free-standing boulder, trekked up to Castle Crag to enjoy incredible views over Borrowdale and explored the stunning Derwent Water, surrounded by a mountainous backdrop. Complimented with the blessing of crisp winter sunshine.
