Full Basement conversion / dig out by adding 1 bedroom with windows, and an en-suite bathroom. The UK basement was cold and unusable and the floor needed digging out to gain height. In this video I will show all the steps needed to take this basement from an empty concrete space to a cosy en-suite bedroom, adding value to this UK property.
I’m aware the finishing and certain aspects of this job may not meet the high standards of some experienced professionals. But my main goal was to encourage the inexperienced that you're capable of more than you might first think.
