Basic Bitmap Tracing and Node Editing 2 - Part 15 - Aspire and VCarve For Absolute Beginners
More down here ↓↓↓ Click SHOW MORE!
This is the 15th in a series of videos geared toward the person who has never worked with CAD or CAM in the Vectric Software before.
In this video, we’ll get back into the subjects of Bitmap Tracing and cleaning up vectors using Node Editing in the Vectric software. We’ll import a simple color bitmap into VCarve, trace the bitmap, then so some basic alignment. Then I’ll make a big mess in my quest to create a border around the artwork. Never fear – I clean it up in node editing.
If you’ve already watched my earlier video on what exactly a vector is, that will help you to understand a little bit more about what we’re trying to accomplish in this video. If you haven’t seen that video, and I highly recommend you do, here’s a link to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnJKh1obXXM
As usual, if you have any comments or questions, please put ‘em in the comment section below.
Thanks for watching!
