Ingredients for basic naan dough
maida 1 kg
water 300 ml
milk 250 ml
½ tblspn salt
1 tblspn sugar
½ tea spoon baking powder
4 tblspn oil
1egg (optional)
for onion kulcha
1 med onion chopped
⅓ tea spoon salt
pinch of turmeric powder
pinch of red chilli powder
pinch of roasted jeera powder
1 Green chilli chopped
some fresh chopped coriander
some fresh chopped mint
