Batteries :
(1) Lead acid :
It is used as Automotive battery which gives enough power for an electric vehicle but not the range.
It is also used as Inverter for the storage purpose. so it can not give much power to the electric vehicle but surely can give more battery backup.
Lead-acid batteries aren't expensive but takes 8-10 hrs for charging.
These batteries are not light weight so they're obviously going to increase the vehicle weight also.
They have 400 to 600 charging cycles.
(2)Lithium Ion :
Lithium Ion batteries are compact in size.
They have better energy density.
They have more charging cycles than Lead acid batteries.
4-6 hrs of charging time.
Lithium Ion batteries can blast on high temperature.
(3) Lithium Ferrous Phosphate (LiFePO4) :
They do not blast. Can catch a fire but will not blast.
They have 3000 charging cycles.
Incredible 4 to 5 years of battery life.
24V, 36V, 48V are the variants.
