Watch attendees as they design a beautiful fresh arrangement using the bundled greenery mechanic as the foundation. Using a wide assortment of vividly colored blooms, attendees were taught about crafting the mechanic as a foundation for the design, tips about the overall size based on the size of the vase and a bit about the different types of flowers that make up an arrangement.
We were honored to start this session with a beautifully crafted cocktail from award-winning mixologist Henry Hill of the Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center. He instructed us about the influence of the signature herb in his cocktail as well as how to use aqua faba as a substitute for egg white to give a lighter air to the cocktail.
