Who doesn't want to attack better in beach volleyball? At the end of the day, spiking is maybe the most fun, most entertaining, and one of the most important skills, at least at higher levels.. Which is probably why so many people get fascinated about topics like different arm-swing mechanics, how to jump higher, wristsnap, and other things.Developing a stronger spike technique can be tricky though, and there are a lot of mistakes one can make on the journey. This video is here to talk a bit about how one can approach this process in a smarter way, that will probably save a lot of time for the viewer!
Examples of professional players attackign with different techniques further down!
