For my final challenge in Taiwan, I joined some friends to take on a massive 3kg Jiro Ramen Challenge at ShinXing XinXin Ramen in Taipei, Taiwan. Challengers have just 20 minutes to finish a 3kg bowl of ramen covered in loads of bean sprouts, eggs, pork, and oodles of garlic in order to earn their ramen meal for free, a spot up on the Wall of Fame, and free ramen FOR LIFE!
