Although there is no "Champion" tag next to Elisa, Sakura or Matt, we can conclude that they are the champions because they are the highest level opponents before the game starts to repeat or randomize CPUs. Elisa is at 2000, while Sakura and Matt are in the 1400-1600 range starting out. Please note that I stink at batting in baseball, trust me.
