In this one, we begin our Florida adventure by meeting up with our dear friend Derek the Rock Master and head to a creek to screen for shark teeth! This site is one of my favorite places in Florida and boasts a wonderful variety of fossil shark teeth! Not only is this site home to some more uncommon species such as Squalidon(an Oligocene Cetacean), Angustidens(The ancestor to Megalodon), and an extinct species of sand tiger shark which boasted gigantic teeth, for some reason the teeth from this location ALSO come in a rainbow assortment of vibrant colors! It is a special spot for sure, and we found some truly remarkable specimens! I hope you all enjoy this one, and I will have another one out soon!
