Today I have 3 romantic shabby chic vintage DIY craft decor ideas for you. You can even make some of these to gift or sell on etsy or craft fairs and even gift them.
The main items I use are thrifted but perhaps you can use similar dollar tree / dollar store products for your projects. I use flowers from zadeel.com
Let's create some trash to treasure makeovers / thrift flip home decor in a shabby chic whimsical style!
Firstly I take a picture frame and use decoupage and mixed media techniques to create a beautiful floral french script piece.
For the second project, we take a thrifted mason jar and fill it with flowers and a fairy light. I then hang a pearl necklace from the neck of the jar.
For the last project, I take a candle holder from Ikea originally, and decorate it with a bow and a dried rose.
I hope you enjoy these decorating ideas, in the end, we make some beautiful high end home decor. I think these projects are suitable for mothers day, valentines and even wedding centerpieces / decor!
