Mary Norton is best known for her classic 'Borrowers' fantasy adventure stories, but this other magical adventure is also pretty famous if only because of its film adaptation - though I suspect Mary Norton's name isn't so familiarly associated with it. It's another tale of white witchcraft and young children... what more needs to be said?
