Ingredients:
1Kg pork ribs, a few slices of ginger, 6g white peppercorns, 3g black peppercorns, curry leaves to taste, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic.
Seasoning:
1 can of Carlsberg Danish Pilsner (320ml), 800ml water, salt to taste, soy sauce to taste, a little dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Method:
1. Slice the ginger and put the cleaned pork ribs in cold water. Add ginger slices and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. Remove the ribs after 15 minutes and rinse with clean water and set aside.
3. Dice garlic, cut the onion into thick slices, and prepare the curry leaves. Pour the white and black peppercorns into a stone mortar and crush them.
4. Heat some oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and fry until fragrant. Then add the peppercorns and curry leaves and fry until the aroma of the pepper comes out.
5. Add the ribs and stir-fry a few times before adding the oyster sauce for umami and a little dark soy sauce to color the ribs.
6. After the ribs are colored, add a can of Carlsberg Danish Pilsner and water, then add a little salt to taste.
7. Bring to a boil over high heat, then transfer the whole pot of ribs to a stew pot. After transferring to the stew pot, adjust to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 40 minutes.
8. Use soy sauce for the final seasoning. When the dish is to your taste, increase the heat to reduce the sauce. Once sauce is thick, dish is ready to serve.

咖喱叶 适量
洋葱 1粒
蒜头 2粒
调味料:
Carlsberg Danish Pilsner 320ml 1罐
清水800ml
盐适量
生抽适量
黑酱油少许
蚝油1汤匙
