Welcome to Michelle’s Body Shop’s first Circuit Saturday episode! In today’s workout, we’ll tackle a fun and effective circuit that includes 24 ab exercises, single leg bench squats, lateral raises, scoop & press for the shoulders, and skull crushers. This workout is perfect for beginners, and while the full routine includes three sets, we’re showcasing one set in this video. Don’t forget to warm up before you start and cool down with some stretches at the end.
All you need for this workout are dumbbells, a bench or chair, and a mat or towel.
