This is the 23rd video in our fiqh series reading the book “A Clear Answer in Hanbali Rulings” (الأجوبة الجلية في الأحكام الحنبلية) by al-‘Alama Musa bin ‘Issa al-Qaddoomi (died 1336 H.) rahimahullah. In this lesson we'll discuss the 8 obligatory actions (الواجبات) of the prayer. These are acts whose obligation to be performed isn't excused if left out intentionally, but can be excused if left out forgetfully or out of ignorance, by performance of the prostration of forgetfulness (to be covered in a future lesson).
