This is a short TSW 5 film (also known as Train Sim World 5) about a commuter who somehow ends up as a guard / ticket inspector for London NorthWestern Railway in the UK, except that he never wanted to become a ticket inspector / guard, or even planned to become one, and as he decides to explore the class 350 he's ended up on and a fault occurs, he realises something significant..
