Being Dirty

The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to remediate a mold problem in his home, and he was supposed to clean out the air ducts. He claims they left a huge mess with dust and mold, so he had to hire someone else. He’s suing for the cost. The defendant says the plaintiff called them a year after they cleaned the ducts and he had had construction done, which made the mess. She says he wants them to work for free.
