* 3 siung bawang putih Rp 500,-
* 3 batang daun bawang Rp 500,-
* 3 sdm tepung maizena Rp 500,-
* 1 sdt garam Rp 250,-
* ½ sdt kaldu bubuk Rp 100,-
* ½ sdt merica bubuk Rp 100,-
* Air secukupnya (gratis)
* 1 butir telur Rp 1.800,-
* Tepung panir secukupnya Rp 1.000,-
total modal : Rp 8.750,-
hasilnya sebanyak 19 pcs perkedel.

* 3 cloves of garlic
* 3 scallions
* 3 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1 tsp salt
* ½ tsp stock powder
* ½ tsp ground pepper
* Enough water
* 1 egg
* Panir flour to taste.
