"The Value of Philosophy" is the last chapter of Bertrand Russell's popular 1912 book "The Problems of Philosophy." After discussing many issues of philosophy including, reality, existence, knowledge, induction, universals, truth and intuition, Russell looks at the question of whether philosophy is worth doing. He concludes that it is.
