If you do it onto round pizza pans you will need to drain off the fat midway through baking so it doesn't flow over Bake 375 35 min Can now freeze for future use if making multiple Add on pepperoni or sausage & shredded mozzarella & bake 10 min 375 Or add a white sauce first And then toppings & bake PIZZA WHITE SAUCE: 1 cup Ricotta Whole Milk Cheese 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tablespoon Butter 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt 1/4 teaspoon black or white pepper 3 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream Mix all ingredients together over medium heat for 3 minutes
