3 tbsp/43g whole milk
2 tbsp/14g bread flour
Dough ingredients:
Prepared tangzhong
87g water
107g whole milk
390g bread flour
32g sugar
4g salt
3g instant yeast or 4g active dry yeast
14g powdered milk
57g softened unsalted butter
Filling ingredients:
80g brown sugar
8g powdered cinnamon
45g softened unsalted butter
Glaze ingredients:
80g shifted powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk

3 tbsp/14g powdered milk
4 tbsp/57g softened unsalted butter
Filling ingredients:
1/4 cup & 2 tbsp/80g brown sugar
1 tbsp/8g powdered cinnamon
3 tbsp/45g softened unsalted butter
Glaze ingredients:
1/2 cup/80g shifted powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp milk
